Do you ship to my location?

Yes, we ship locally and internationally (worldwide).

Do you accept returns and exchange?

No, unfortunately we do not. Every item in each order is quality checked, carefully packed and protected, then signed off by a senior team member, to ensure you receive your order in excellent condition. We are not liable for damages of items which occur during shipping.

How do I fit the items to know if it's exactly the perfect size?

Instead of a generic size guide, you can find all information about each item, in the Product Details Tab. We also show all items on a model to give you a better idea of scale.

Do I need to set up an RF Accessories Account to shop online & place an order?

No, you can use the guest checkout to complete your order. Having an account will speed up the order process for you. It also means that we can keep you informed about exclusive offers, and that you can view your purchase history. You can sign up for an account at any time, including at the checkout.

What packaging will my order be shipped in?

All items are packaged in a wrapped padded package. They are then put in a special RF accessories signature box and bag, for protection.
You are also able to indicate if it is a gift and add a message for the recipient so it can be thoughtfully packed in our signature gift packaging.

How long does delivery take and how much does it cost?
